Hi, I’m Liz – the barefoot barista behind the bread and brews.
Barefoot Barista and Bites began as a simple love for slow mornings, fresh-baked sourdough, and beachside coffee rituals. What started in my kitchen has grown into a cozy mobile café concept bringing handcrafted small-batch syrups, and artisan sourdough to the local Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Bradenton and surrounding Florida community.
Everything I make is rooted in comfort, coastal flavors, and intentional ingredients. From my cherry vanilla syrup to my lemon poppy seed sourdough, every bite and sip is made with care – no shortcuts, no preservatives, just the good stuff.
I bake and cook under Florida’s cottage food laws, which means small-batch, locally made, and always fresh. Whether you’re picking up your weekend loaf or trying one of my seasonal drinks, I’m so glad you’re here.
